Pilot Project: Unique Project for Indians Only
JOB+Permanent Residence Permit in Europe, Czech Republic
On 1st July 2007 government of Czech Republic allowed india citizens to participate in Unique Project of involving foreign citizens in job and life in Czech.
The pilot project
"Selection of Qualified Foreign Employees" supports foreign experts coming to the Czech Republic along with their families , it gives them an opportunity to obtain a permanent residence permit within a considerably shorter period of time than usual, and it creates conditions under which the foreigners can quickly and successfully integrate in society without being compelled to give up their culture, customs, or language.
The opportunity to obtain a permanent residence permit
Under the valid law, a foreigner may apply for permanent residence after five years of continuous stay in the Czech Republic. Nevertheless, the pilot project gives qualified experts the chance to apply for a permanent residence permit after two and a half years already. Permanent residence brings you a number of rights, along with the possibility of full participation in social life. You will acquire access to all social benefits, you will be able to take part in the labour market processes actively, you will be able to buy or rent a real estate freely, and you will get a whole range of other advantages and rights. Under conditions of the project foreign worker is given right to get permanent residence permit in 2 and a half years instead of usual 5 years, foreigner's family is also allowed to come to country as dependants and get permanent residence permit under same conditions.
Want to come along with family? Sure, you can
The pilot project is focused on supporting qualified foreign employees coming to the Czech Republic. However, your life here would not be complete without your close relatives. We take this fact into consideration, and support arrivals of whole families. Moving to the Czech Republic with your spouse and children is a matter of course!
High-level assistance in the occasion of loss of employment
Foreigners may stay in the Czech Republic only as long as their purpose of stay exists. So, if they are employed in the Czech Republic and lose employment, the loss of the right of residence follows automatically.
Nonetheless, the pilot project provides qualified foreign employees with a 45 days' protection period. If you lose
employment for reasons independent of your own will, you still have 45 days during which you can, in co-operation with labor offices and with their help, find a new job and stay in the Czech Republic.
Travel in Europe visa free
In 1st January 2008 Czech Republic is becoming full member of Schengen union, all boarders controls will be cancelled, and this will give right to holders of Czech residence permit to travel to all countries of Schengen zone without visa.
Opportunity to work in other EU countries after getting permanent residence permit
Czech permanent residence permit gives its holder same rights as Czech citizen; you can also find a job in other countries of Schengen zone.

The Highly Skilled Migrant Programme [HSMP] is designed to allow individuals with exceptional skills and experience to work in the United Kingdom. It allows an individual to enter or remain in the UK without necessarily having an offer of employment, or to take up self employment opportunities.

Immigration Services for Australia For General Skilled Migration to Australia, you or your spouse must be able to satisfy all of the following basic requirementsAge
You must be under 45 when you apply.
English language
You must have sufficient ability in the English language for working in Australia. This is known as 'vocational English'. A higher level of English is required for certain occupations where English ability forms part of the skills assessment. In the Skilled-Regional Sponsored category you may be eligible with a lower level of English. You are encouraged to have your English language ability tested before you apply.
Qualifications
You must have post-secondary (such as university or trade) qualifications (in a small number of occupations substantial relevant work experience may be acceptable) and your skills must have been assessed by the relevant assessing authority as suitable for your nominated occupation.
Nominated occupation
When you apply, you must nominate an occupation which fits your skills and qualifications. Your nominated occupation must be on the Skilled Occupations List (SOL) If your nominated occupation is not on the list, you cannot apply.
Recent work experience
This requirement is separate to the need to have your skills assessed as suitable for your nominated occupation before you apply. If your nominated occupation is worth 60 points, you must have been in paid employment in a skilled occupation (any on the SOL) for at least 12 of the 18 months before applying. If your nominated occupation is worth 40 or 50 points, you must have been in paid employment in a skilled occupation (any on the SOL) for at least two of the three years before applying. For certain occupations, a longer period of specific work experience is required to obtain a suitable skills assessment (eg manager). In the Skill Matching or Skilled-Designated Area Sponsored categories, you may be eligible with less work experience.
Note : You do not need to meet the work experience requirement if you have completed an Australian qualification less than 6 months before lodging your visa application. This exemption cannot, however, be used to waive any specific work experience requirement imposed by an assessing body as part of a skills assessment. If you intend taking advantage of this concession, you should note that the 6 month period begins from the date of completion of the qualification, not from the date the qualification was conferred.
If you fulfil all the basic requirements of Skilled Migrant Program of Australia, you then need to score sufficient points in the points test. If you have close family members in Australia this will contribute to your score the points test. In some cases the points test will not even apply.

Canadian Immigration and Visa Overview
Foreign nationals can reside in Canada as either a Permanent Resident or a Temporary Resident.
Permanent Residents
Permanent Residents are individuals who intend on residing in Canada on a permanent basis. Permanent Residents of Canada have the right to live, study and work in Canada for as long as they maintain their Permanent Residency status. They are entitled to most of the social benefits accorded to Canadian Citizens. However, Permanent Residents also have the same legal obligations as Canadians, such as paying taxes and respecting all other laws. Once Permanent Residents have met the requirements under Canada's Citizenship Act, they are may apply for Canadian Citizenship. They must comply with residency obligations: two years of physical presence in Canada in every five-year period.
There are various ways to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency. Each category or program is intended to target a particular type of immigrant. Therefore, it is important to determine the criteria necessary for each category or program in order to determine the best course of action to take.
Temporary Residents
Temporary Residents are individuals who intend on residing in Canada on a temporary basis and then returning to their home country or traveling to a different country after their visa has expired.
